RIGHT THEN ..
this is utter bull if you ask me .. if you look VERY closely at the way this works, the monitoring program kicks in after you download/upload so much then it half's your bandwidth so they can monitor everything your doing...
so you pay say £30 for 20mb line with its HORRIBLE speeds for the line and then they cut your speeds in half if you goto to many sites or play games for to long 
Virgin media should be appalled at the services they are failing to give and take a good hard look at them selfs for what there doing!!!
and to top it off there getting into bed with the government to make the fact there also selling your browsing habits off to mail order catalogs so they can send you a letter asking if you want to buy something you bought on line ......
virgin have RUINED blueyonder and NTL's names and its only a matter of time before they have no customers at all as they all went over to AOL.
