Netherlands courts overrule smoking ban!
After 2008 smoking in the Netherlands in a public indoor area was illegal then came the exception for coffee shops where by smoking pure cannabis was not in violation of the law and yet people smoke regular joints also. Then came the protests from owners where they would put a collection plate out for helping pay towards any fines they may receive by allowing their customers too smoke.
Recently another hole was poked in the law where a small bar owner who did not employee any staff and worked the bar himself was found in court too be exempt from the law as no employees means no "harmful" smoke to effect anyone. He can now fully advertise allowing smoking his establishment! 
I think it will not be long before this very messed up law disappears and maybe will catch on in other countries
